Don’t forget to mention your pooch when booking to receive your special “Doggy Welcome Pack”, To make your break enjoyable for your pooch, items you may consider bringing with you – food and water bowls, grooming brushes, collar with ID tag and lead, sleeping blanket and/or basket. Any medication including flea and tick controls. Always carry pick up bags. Ensure your dog vaccinations are up to date. The park has a dog bathing area set at waist height, with hot and cold water and hand held shower rose.
EXERCISE AREAS
While your pet must be on a lead within the main part of the park around the sites and accommodation, there is an off leash exercise area near the community vegetable garden. You can play with a ball or frisbee or just let them run off their energy.
Over near Camel Rock, there is also an off leash area where your dog can play in the sand or waves. This area is signposted and can be reached from parking near the coastal walkway sign and taking the short access track through to the beach. Once past the sign you can let your dog off.
